HUMA - 60% dark with Chillangua (wild coriander) 50 grs

£7.50

In Ecuador, chillangua (also spelled chillagua in some references) generally refers to Eryngium foetidum, known in English as culantro, wild coriander, or long coriander. It is not the same plant as ordinary coriander/cilantro (Coriandrum sativum), although it has a similar, much stronger flavor and aroma. It is especially associated with the cuisine of Esmeraldas and Ecuador's tropical coast.

We dare you to experience this specialty delicacy made with fine flavour cacao and fragant chillangua from the Ecuadorian rainforest.
